We’re delighted to announce that Adam Graham, CEO of Weapon7, was last night appointed as the new chair of BIMA. Adam takes up the chairmanship as Justin Cooke steps down after four and a half years leading BIMA. Jen Topping, Business Manager at Soho Productions, Microsoft Studios, was also confirmed as Vice Chair.

The appointments were made at our Annual General Meeting, with Justin giving his final AGM presentation of BIMA’s successes in the past 12 months. His highlights included the launch of the digital ‘Hot 100’ at BAFTA in July and a significant increase in revenue, allowing for investment back into the sector.

Adam used his inaugural speech as chairman to thank Justin for his transformative time at the helm and to sketch out a future for BIMA that will build upon Justin’s legacy, diversify the membership across the digital ecosystem and deliver value to members at all levels of the industry.

BIMA has been revitalised since Justin Cooke first became involved back in May 2009. I look forward to building on his legacy and further transforming the organisation in the years to come. Adam Graham, BIMA Chairman
