For any business wanting to expand its pool of talent, apprenticeships can be a great way of finding people early in the talent pipeline. The number of digital apprenticeship standards has increased in recent years, but many disciplines remain absent from the current list of standards. Too many people remain unaware of the potential of a digital apprenticeship. And more agencies could benefit from exploring the apprenticeship route.
That’s why the Apprenticeships Council is working to ensure more young people take advantage of digital apprenticeships.
