Siobhan Penrose-Johnson, Head of Marketing, British Army/Capita
Siobhan’s experience spans Defence, Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, Banking and Health Sectors. As current head of marketing at the British Army (what a job title btw) she is responsible for the strategy, design and delivery of innovative, integrated national marketing campaigns to attract key skills and talent to the British Army. She has won more awards than you can shake a stick at.
Rachel Hamburger, Strategy Director, M&C World Services
Rachel spent the last 10 years in strategy at adam&eve DDB and Wieden + Kennedy. She now works as a strategy director at M&C World Services, a specialist division of M&C Saatchi. They harness the power of marketing, communications and creativity to tackle some of humanity’s most challenging problems in fragile states and developing countries. She’ll be talking about the role of creativity in campaigns that aim to prevent violent extremism.
