Diversity is about far more than the bottom line, but there’s no doubting that diversity is good for business.
Curated by the BIMA South Council in Bournemouth join this networking breakfast where you can hear more about the BIMA Diversity and Inclusion Report and how companies like Organix are considering diversity from every angle and the importance of having diversity across age, gender, race and experience which enable better ideas, innovation and outcomes.

Who?This panel will be moderated by BIMA 100 and BIMA South Bournemouth Council member highly acclaimed marketer Katie Street, Founder of Street Agency. Katie focuses on helping agencies develop a unique brand proposition enabling individuals, teams and agencies to deliver more new clients by giving them clear frameworks and training to succeed in a busy marketplace. Joining Katie will be leaders from Organix and the former Head of Digital for Jamie Oliver, alongside a member of the BIMA Inclusion & Diversity Council.

Our Speakers :
Linda Davidson is a former actress and writer. From causing a storm in Albert Square as wayward Punk Mary Smith in EastEnders to developing the first BBC website, launching E4 and leading digital distribution deals before broadening her base as European IT Director for Discovery Networks. Linda has done it all.
The potential for communicating and telling stories in different ways engulfed her imagination. She literally had a career change over night, and went to work on the launch of BBC Online as a junior researcher. Then later as Executive Producer for the Online Drama and Entertainment channels.
She was then headhunted to launch E4, has worked at Discovery Networks as Global Director of Digital Production, been back to the BBC and Channel 4 twice, was Director of Digital, Technology and Information for the Jamie Oliver Group, and is now at GroupM as Director of Transformation.
Linda was nominated for The Woman of the Future Award for mentoring, mostly disadvantaged, young people and was BAFTA nominated for Multi-Player Game, Tank Wars.
Mona Nikzad Digital & E-Commerce Marketing Strategist
Mona has over 10 years digital marketing experience working with both UK and global brands. She has worked both agency and brand side, currently leading and developing the digital and e-commerce strategy for Organix Brands.
She also plays an active role being on the digital steering committee for parent group Hero, ensuring digital learnings are shared and used across markets.
Dan Willis, Co- Founder at Well Good
Recognised within the BIMA100 as someone shaping the British digital industry, Dan has consistently delivered award winning brand and marketing strategies to global brand and charity clients, leads Well Good’s growth and is Strategy Director for the one of the South of England’s first BCorp accredited digital agencies, Studio Republic.He is an influential mental health campaigner and Ambassador for the charity Mind, working to improve wellness provision in the workplace, particularly in the digital industry.
