BIMA Breakfast Briefing | From agency to product company: how to transform

BIMA Breakfast briefing

Once upon a time, you were an agency. Until you became a tech or product company.

What’s that transformation like? What are the drivers for change? What’s the secret to a successful own product initiative? And crucially, does your position on the traditional agency/product company matter when clients are choosing a partner to work with?

On 26 February 2019, ContentCal, who made the switch from agency to product company – are telling their story. They’ll be asking what’s important to businesses when choosing a partner to work with. Is it the product/IP? Or is it providing a truly bespoke service and building a lasting relationship? They’ll also be exploring the future of the brand/agency/digital product company relationship.

The panel will represent a cross-section of brands, agencies and product companies. Whatever your perspective, we’d love you to join us and join in the debate.
