Paul took over the established agency in 2003 and for many years it remained a typical ’20 person’, regional, ‘lifestyle’ business until about 2010. That is when Paul hit 40 and thought it was time to pull his finger out and he worked with his business partner to build an agency that would be ‘famous for something’. He is here today to share his learnings from that transformational story.
