Adam Crofts, CEO, Prevayl
Adam Crofts is the CEO of Prevayl™, where he manages the company’s rapidly growing business and leads a global team of 35 employees. He co-founded Prevayl™ in April 2019 alongside entrepreneur investors David Newns and Chris Lord.
Since the company’s inception, Adam has provided the strategic direction for the business and has assembled an innovative and multi-disciplinary team. His focus is on bringing to fruition his vision of revolutionising the field of wearables to ensure that everyone will have personal and actionable insights into their own health.
Prior to co-founding Prevayl™, he has had over 15 years in the health and fitness industry after graduating with a BSc in Sports Development and Business Studies from Bournemouth University. Most notably he expanded the Ultimate Performance brand into 12 countries.
He lives in Manchester, the current home of Prevayl™ HQ.

Marion moved to London to become an entrepreneur. She created NG Magazine and subsequently caught the “Internet bug” in the late 90’s. She spent 7 years at Google, which she joined in 2003 while the company was still a startup, and helped Google expand across Europe, then Asia, and finally Middle East and Africa. It’s at Google that Marion had her first coaching experience. Marion subsequently worked for disruptive companies such as Eventbrite, which she launched in Europe, and in extremely regulated industries such as i-gaming. At Betsson, where she was CMO, she digitalized the Marketing function.
Marion is a C-level executive herself since 2012. Having spent years as part of management teams, Marion has gained a solid understanding of what it means to be a leader, including challenges and opportunities. Marion has been coaching senior executives around the world since 2015. The impact of her approach is transformational: Stronger leadership, ambitious goal setting, increased confidence, clearer communication, fast growth and improved accountability, efficiency and agility. She coaches executives in various companies: – digital giants such as Google, Microsoft and Twitter, – fast-growing tech companies such as Zava, Property Finder, SurveyMonkey, FutureLearn and DropBox.
Marion’s focus is transformation: Marion helps her leaders bottom line the situation, look at opportunities, set clear objectives, test new approaches and track progress.
In 2018, Marion became certified by the World Association of Business Coaches. She continues to study coaching, following the guidelines of the International Coaching Federation, which she’s a member of.
Kate Crowley, Partners Cloud Lead, Google
Kate spent nearly a decade working at agencies before joining the Google Marketing Platform (GMP) team in 2015. She is currently Head of Advanced Integrations and her main focus is on helping Google’s most advanced agencies and advertisers get the most out of GMP and the Google Cloud Platform.
