The average time a graduate spends in their first job is just 18 months. 1 in 4 quit within a year. If your digital business is only as good as your people, it’s clear we need to do more to ensure those people stay.
On 22 January, join us as we explore the changing face of recruitment and retention in digital. We’ll share insights into what matters to the current crop of candidates. And we’ll explore how immersive technologies such as AR, VR and AI are helping brands reinvigorate recruitment and retention.
Ideal for digital agencies who are employers, for any organisation looking to attract and retain the emerging Gen-Z graduate market, or for any business looking at ways of applying new technology as part of its engagement, development and retention strategy.

Tom Hall, Brother & Managing Director at Contented Brothers
Tom’s role as MD started in 1979 when his brother was born. He quickly realised that Birdie was a creative genius and decided to stick close by. 31 years later they finally started Contented Brothers. In between Tom spent a lot of time in higher education, finally admitting that he wasn’t suited to it three years into an PhD on early Tudor dietary guides. He enjoyed the teaching and whiteboard bit though. After that he was co-founder of t5m, an online television network that produced 100s of hours of celebrity and event focused branded content. Tom’s main source of contentment at work is from seeing the talented team who make up the Contented Brothers family grow and develop.

Leon Milns, Founder of We are Adam
Disenchanted by the impersonal world of working for a corporate recruitment PLC, Leon launched his own boutique consultancy ADAM 12 years ago. Over the years, ADAM have successfully helped those ambitious companies to identify, attract, hire and most importantly retain their talent so that they have been able to grow and realise their plans. Leon is joining us to offer the modern day recruiter’s viewpoint on how the industry has been evolving and the impact it has had on attracting and retaining the best Talent.
