About the Roundtable:

If you are the head of your client services or account management team in the creative digital space please join us on 25th April at 0830am for the latest breakfast in the CSD breakfast series for an off-the-record round table meeting on Innovative Collaboration with Clients.

In our constantly changing environment we are always looking for ways to maximize our client relationships. Savvy clients are looking for partners who understand their business and their customers, rather than an agency that simply delivers a product to spec.

This change has seen interesting collaborations develop between clients and agencies. Iain will draw on his own experiences at DigitasLBi and review various models to deliver digital transformation for the client. What different modes of project delivery work for each client? How can you innovate to not just support your client’s business but to deliver new products and services? Do you imbed your team with the client or the client with you? Does this incubated innovation or lead to new team challenges?

This is a great chance to share your own experiences/views and hear from others in an informal, off the record learning environment.

Please note: we expect this roundtable to be the first of several events investigating this theme so if this particular event is not for you please watch this space for further information.

How to be involved:

Numbers for the breakfast are strictly limited and will be allocated on a first come basis. In the first instance we will limit it to one place per company.

Held under Chatham House Rules, the breakfast is free to BIMA members and is only for CSD and Heads of Account Management in digital agencies.
