This is an opportunity for the CS community to come together regularly and have a constructive discussion around relevant topics.
The last year has been very challenging for our sector and certainly for any Client Services professional independently on the type of agency and niche we are in.
The challenges came from all angles: lack of stability and visibility of the pipeline, the need to build, deepen and retain relationships internally and with clients while working remotely, our clients’ businesses being under pressure more than ever, bringing our personal lives into our professional ones while establishing acceptable boundaries, nurturing our teams, recruiting at times of remote working, onboarding remotely new joiners and new clients, evolving the ways we work with colleagues and clients, contributing to the evolution of our offer and propositions, adapting from crisis to growth and vice versa, now discussing a hybrid world post-covid. And the list goes on and on.
As Client Services professionals who value the power of relationships and connections, and are under pressure to lead our agency growth and success it has been a demanding year. Coming together to discuss respectfully and constructively some of our core challenges and hot topic will hopefully feel valuable and refreshing.
We look forward to welcoming you and get the conversation going.
We’ll be joined by members of the Client Services Core team. They will be driving discussion and perspectives, but crucially looking into what you are doing in the midst of this unique time and how the BIMA CS Peer Network can help you along the way.
Limited to 12 attendees to allow for discussion. Chatham House Rules apply and places are strictly limited to one per organisation. We hope you can make it.
