The sands on which the client/agency relationship stands are shifting. This means that the landscape for client services also continues to change. Previously at BIMA events, we’ve had forecasts of how agencies will reinvent the client interface and what clients want from a future state. This upcoming event will look at four different cases where there has already been a strong divergence from the traditional agency model. It’s not the future anymore, this is the reality of agency life today.
Come and join us for a breakfast session and hear the speaker’s’ experiences, their learnings from pursuing a different operating model and their further predictions. The event will comprise of individual contributions, a joint discussion panel and questions/answers from the floor.
