The council has been formed for the purpose of improving data standards, enhancing data’s profile within the industry and focusing on key growth topics such as personalisation.

Despite its profile and value, many businesses are still at the outset of their journey with data – a journey that can be hindered by limited capabilities, limited understanding and a shortage of new talent.

By connecting key specialists, enhancing partnerships and identifying cross-agency thought leadership, BIMA’s Data Council is working to improve data skills and standards, enhance data’s profile within the industry, and focus on key growth topics such as personalisation.
