Through his own adversity and struggles Mark has defined the persona of his business and built his strategy around connecting emotional and rational thinking, behaviours and language. This is based upon a commonly used principle from Psychology called Wise Mind.
As well as running Retriever Mark trains sales people and coaches business leaders in small and blue chip businesses as well as being a regular contributor to the Huffington Post, Management Today and Marketing Donut.
