The Coronavirus pandemic has resulted in fresh, never before encountered challenges for digital teams, leaders and businesses. This session is a safe space for the community to come together and discuss any problems or issues that you are facing, and to offer your own insight to solutions you and your team are implementing to help overcome these barriers.

This month we will be looking at The Cost of Talent.

For too many digital agencies the biggest challenge isn’t finding new business, or dealing with remote working. It’s the impact that finding and keeping the best talent has on the bottom line. Freelance costs have increased, the skills gap means there’s high demand and bigger salaries are being dangled in front of the development roles in particular. If they go, they are costly to replace. Our September FD peer group opens up discussion around the impact this is having on your bottom line of an agency.

The session will be hosted by Esther Carder, Partner at Moore Kingston Smith and Andrew Reeves, Group CFO, The Remarkable Group. They will be driving discussion and perspectives, but crucially looking into what you are doing in the midst of this unique time.

Limited to 12 attendees to allow for discussion. The Chatham House Rule applies and places are strictly limited to one per organisation. We hope you can make it.
