These Peer Network sessions are a safe space for the community to come together and discuss any problems or issues that you are facing, and to offer your own insight to solutions you and your team are implementing to help overcome these barriers.

We’ll be looking at Pricing in November.

In our next round table we are talking about pricing and will discuss any trends or notable changes in pricing across our peers. Pricing is one of the biggest determinants of profit or loss in our sector and while traditional labour based pricing has been the scorn for many years, both for agencies and clients, there have been challenges shifting this to an alternative method.

We are keen to discuss what experiences and learnings there might be across our members for more equitable pricing methods such as pricing per deliverable, performance based pricing or any other alternative method that has been tried amongst us.

The session will be hosted by Esther Carder, Partner at Moore Kingston Smith and Andrew Reeves, Group CFO, The Remarkable Group. They will be driving discussion and perspectives, but crucially looking into what you are doing in the midst of this unique time.

Limited to 12 attendees to allow for discussion. The Chatham House Rule applies and places are strictly limited to one per organisation. We hope you can make it.
