Victoria Brown, MD, High Performance Consultancy

Victoria Brown is an Occupational Psychologist and the Founder of High Performance Consultancy. Victoria has been the Managing Director of this HR Outsourced business for 15 years. During this time she has provided strategic support to internal HR departments in many law firms across the UK. In 2015 she established a cloud based HR software business- oneHR, which services companies across the UK and Europe.

Zoe Wallace, Managing Director, Agent Academy

Zoe is director at Agent Academy, a social business that was established to redefine skills development for young people, making sure they are prepared for emerging careers.

Zoe champions a people-powered approach to overcoming the skills challenges faced by employers, that’s why all of Agent Academy’s programmes are practical and industry-led. Over 500 leaders and experts contribute to the design and delivery of curriculum and learning.

So far, more than 300 people have had the opportunity to kick-start their careers with Agent Academy and many businesses have benefited directly by recruiting Agent Academy talent with over £3 million in salaries generated into the local economy.

Michelle Morgan

Michelle Morgan is a leading voice in mental health and a proud Ambassador for Mental Health First Aid England. In 2016 Michelle experienced burnout, anxiety and depression. She views her mental health challenges as both a burden and a blessing; from a terrible time, good things came. Michelle is a Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) Instructor, an international speaker and corporate trainer (clients include Facebook, HSBC, Pukka Herbs, The Prime Minister’s Office, Red Bull and Good Energy). She is also the Founder of Pjoys – PJs with Purpose, and Co-founder of Livity, winner of the BIMA Grand Prix and a creative business that works with brands and the next generation to “build the future better”. Her work has been widely lauded: she is the recipient of the Queen’s Award for Enterprise and EY Entrepreneur of the Year Award, and has been invited to join the Society of Leadership Fellows at St George’s House, Windsor Castle. Victoria James, Director, Great State

Victoria James is a Company Director with 28 years of experience working within the creative and digital industry. She currently specializes in Human Resources and is responsible for overseeing all things Talent for an independent digital agency, Great State.

Victoria’s background is Marketing, starting her career working on new product development for clients including Coca-Cola, GlaxoSmithKline, and Unilever. Moving into digital in 2000, she grew an agency in an operational role focusing on efficiency and profitability, before finding her true passion around Talent. Alongside Talent, Victoria chairs the sustainability program and manages information security accreditation for Great State.

Victoria currently works as an Ambassador for Babbasa, supporting under-represented young people to pursue their ambitions, sits as a judge on various university panels for creative media courses and on the BIMA HR Council.
