Jamie Jefferson, Co -Founder Equator

Along with John and Garry, Jamie is one of the owners and founders of Equator. Sheis Equator’s Chief Creative Officer and has overall responsibility for the creativeoutput of the business. Jamie actively supports the team, clients and the widercreative community.Jamie works hands-on with project and client teams to direct the creation of effective experiences that marry business and end-user needs. She has created gamechanging websites, national integrated campaigns, start-up brands, business models and strategies across almost every sector from finance (Lloyds, Santander, AXA and RBS), utilities (SSE and Spark) to travel (Malmaison, Village, Rocco Forte) and consumer goods (Baxters, Macallan, Paul Mitchell) to name a few.Having studied product design at Glasgow School of Art, Jamie’s career began byjoining agency called ZigZag where she met John. In 1999 she and John gottogether to create Equator. Jamie’s creative principles of attention to detail, insightful thinking and remarkable content underpin the brand to this day.Jamie is equally passionate about improving prospects for young creative talent. In2016 she created Scotland’s first tech festival, Techaus, to share ideas andstrengthen the community in Scotland’s growing digital sector. Her passion to makechange happen also led her to be invited to join the governing board of Creative &Cultural Skills, a national charity whose objective is to close the gap betweencreative education and employment.As part of this enterprise, she was instrumental in securing the government remit tolaunch The National College for Creative Industries, one of the five national collegesapproved by government to support employer-led learning. Jamie now sits on theboard of governors for the new college and is helping to define the standards andprinciples for this innovative new national institution.

Jillian Moore, Managing Partner, Global Head of Digital Transformation Practice at Atos

Jillian is the Global Head of the Digital Transformation Practice at Atos, responsible for developing and driving strategies for clients across all sectors from Retail and Financial Services to Sport and Entertainment. She leads a team of SMEs who execute digital transformation using logical, human and business focused strategies to implement change at scale. She has spent over 20 years working in all aspects of digital and technology. Jillian is also one of the British Interactive Media Association (BIMA) 100 (CEOs and Leaders) for 2019; a member of the membership committee for the British Computer Society (BCS) and chair of London Sport, a not for profit organisation focused on getting more people in London active.
