Sobhan (Shiv) is responsible for all things people, culture and talent across the Mullenlowe Group in the UK. Siobhan has worked within the HR, learning & talent space for the past 9 years across a range of different fast paced industries. In 2019 she won Campaign magazines first ever ‘Talent Person of the Year’ Award. She believes that fostering a more honest and open working environment where people can bring their ‘whole selves’ to work will help businesses achieve success. Siobhan is a very proud and active member of the Bloom (the women’s network for the communications industry).
Sally Boulton, Head of Talent at Tribal Worldwide London
Sally Boulton has a Management, production and administrative career that spans the digital marketing, music, film and advertising industries.
During her 20 years at Tribal Worldwide London she has become specialist in the development, recruitment and retention of highly in demand digital talent across all agency disciplines.
Initially Sally started in an operational role as Head of Resource, running the studio and project management team and more recently, as our Head of Talent focussing on pure talent management.
Sally has paid a key role in Tribal’s flexible working policies and has extensive knowledge and experience of Well-being, Mental Health and D&I initiatives.
Previous experience includes the conception and production of music and special interest programming for 3 major record labels, EMI, PolyGram (Universal Music) and BMG (Bertlesmann Music Group). Responsible for the production of award-winning projects for a diverse range of artists from David Bowie, Al Green to Take That.
