2020 was an unprecedented year of events that has led HR professionals to review and challenge current practices. During our July roundtable we will be delving into the topic of

– Health and Safety at Work

As we venture back into the office, under the changes that the pandemic has brought, are we focussing enough time and resource on health and safety of those that are back. With hybrid working and new working practices, is something that we will need to focus on, with fresh thinking? We’ll look at the challenges of opening up with the pandemic growing and some staff feeling unsure about venturing back, how can we make them feel safe? What do we have to do legally to ensure all staff are safe at work regardless of whether they are working in the office or at home? Compliance will be a key issue.

We’ll be joined by Victoria Brown, MD, High Performance Consultancy and Colin Jones, Health and Safety Consultant, HPC . They will be driving discussion and perspectives, but crucially looking into what you are doing in the midst of this unique time and how the BIMA HR Peer Network can help you along the way.

Limited to 12 attendees to allow for discussion. Chatham House Rules apply and places are strictly limited to one per organisation. We hope you can make it.
