2020 and 2021 have seen a period of unprecedented events that have led HR professionals to review and challenge current practices particularly around recruitment. During our September roundtable we will be delving into the topic of

– Young Talent and Apprenticeships

We’ll be joined by Zoe Wallace, Director, Agent Academy and also special guest Caroline Canty, Founder, Craft Coaching. Having trained and worked with apprentices and graduates in previous senior roles, she now delivers employability-focused masterclasses to entry-level creatives, is a Mentor and Guest Lecturer to the Business School of Manchester Metropolitan University, and is the Co-Chair of BIMA’s Apprenticeships Council. She’s passionate about championing the wealth of opportunities that apprenticeship schemes present, especially in the digital sector, for both the apprentice and their employer.

They will be driving discussion and perspectives, but crucially looking into what you are doing in the midst of this unique time and how the BIMA HR Peer Network can help you along the way.

Limited to 12 attendees to allow for discussion. Chatham House Rules apply and places are strictly limited to one per organisation. We hope you can make it.
