More about the Council:

What does the future of Client Services look like? What is today and how/why has it evolved? How do we help ourselves excel and ensure the role remains at the very heart of our Client relationships? These and many other aspects of the role of Client Services will be explored as part of the CS Council to ensure the successful future of agency/brand relationships and help the development of Client Services professionals.

With guidance from its new Chair, the Council will explore the ways in which Client Services can reinvent itself to add value and remain relevant to clients and agencies.
