How to effectively attract, retain and motivate your team
It is a known fact that, in the media industry, a company’s greatest asset is its people. With one of the top priorities being to attract, retain and motivate talent, it is therefore crucial that you have the right benefits package in place.
At this BIMA Finance Directors roundtable, our Chair, Esther Carder, will open up the discussion for you to explore the incentives available, from bonuses and equity schemes to non-financial benefits that contribute to an attractive work/life balance. We will also be sharing our results of our media employee benefits survey. This piece of research will allow you to gauge whether your own offering is in line with the industry standard, whether you have the competitive edge and whether you are getting the most value from your package.
This is the perfect opportunity for you to share your views with like-minded peers, so please do come armed with your thoughts and ideas.
We look forward to seeing you!
The Chatham House Rule applies and places are strictly limited to one per organisation. We hope you can make it.
