2020 was an unprecedented year of events that has led HR professionals to review and challenge current practices. During our March roundtable we will be delving into the topic of

– Recruitment, Retention and Employee Benefits

As we move out of lockdown and towards our new normal we can see how the last year has changed the way we work. How we recruit and where we recruit from has completely shifted and this same shift is having an impact on staff retention as our employees are being offered jobs they would have never been able to take pre pandemic, without major life upheaval.

What can we do to find the right staff at the right price, keep current staff from looking elsewhere and incentivise our staff who are committed and working hard daily.

We’ll be joined by Helen Watson, HR Director, Kin & Carta and Victoria Brown, MD, High Performance Consultancy. They will be driving discussion and perspectives, but crucially looking into what you are doing in the midst of this unique time and how the BIMA HR Peer Network can help you along the way.

Limited to 12 attendees to allow for discussion. Chatham House Rules apply and places are strictly limited to one per organisation. We hope you can make it.
