BIMA Virtual Roundtable | Client Services in Challenging Times

Posted by BIMA

A practical, forward thinking & interactive first roundtable from the Client Services Network in the North West.

Online Only Event: We will send you a meeting link once you sign up .

Please only sign up if you are a Northern based BIMA member.

As we all look forward into 2021 we want to take the opportunity to talk with senior leaders in the North West community. We want to share how our client teams are taking shape and preparing for the uncertainty that lies ahead.

In this round table we will touch on whether 2020 has changed the job description for Client Services again or just accelerated it?

And with the rapidly changing new dimensions thanks to Covid19 and Brexit, how our teams can;

1. Maintain healthy relationships with existing clients, develop new relationships with new clients and be the glue within our teams when human interaction has been restricted; and

2. Deal with the stress and mental health challenges of working through such uncertain times.

This first in a series of events will be hosted by Katy White, Client Director, Dept and Christina Smith, Account Manager, Apadmi, both are part of our Client Services core team here in the North West. They will be driving discussion and perspectives, but crucially looking into what you are doing in the midst of this unique time and how the BIMA CS North West network can help you along the way.

Limited to 12 attendees to allow for discussion. Chatham House Rules apply and places are strictly limited to one per organisation. We hope you can make it.
