Speakers

Adam Powers: Global Head of Experience Design, HSBC

Adam has been in the design business for nearly 30 years, building and leading teams across agencies and clients alike. Having spent the past decade leading experience design in BBH and then Tribal DDB, he’s been exposed to the realities of digital transformation across a diverse range of businesses from IKEA and Barclays to Clarks and Volkswagen Group. Most recently, Adam has taken up the post of Global Head of Experience Design with HSBC, part of a team dedicated to leading the digital evolution of this global business.

Pamela Brown: CMO, Vodafone Smart Tech

With over 10 years’ experience in the industry, Pamela has been responsible for leading global marketing strategies for notable household named brands in the technology sector. As CMO for Vodafone Consumer IoT, Pamela leads a strong team of marketers to deliver global strategic marcoms, building meaningful product propositions to drive engagement and growth across PR, ATL, social, digital and insights. Her expertise lies in creating strategic advantages that transform the way people stay connected by developing meaningful products and experiences.

Paul McMahon: SVP Product, Innovation and Technology, Coats

Paul has over 20 years digital leadership experience, latterly working with executive board members to implement digital transformation on a massive scale for global enterprises including Vodafone, BP, Foreign and Commonwealth Office and now Coats PLC, as well as founding a FinTech startup. A thought leader and innovator, he has created new digital products by assembling motivated development teams, establishing DevOps culture, and as a catalyst for agile ways of working to join digital with business outcomes.
