Resilience is that ineffable quality that allows some people to be knocked down by life and come back stronger than ever. Rather than letting failure overcome them and drain their resolve, they find a way to rise from the ashes.
– Psychology Today
The reality that we live in will test us: not always, but at some point. How is it that some people are able to survive and, in some cases, thrive during these difficult times while others don’t?
In this talk, Joe will explore resilience from both a human and a corporate perspective, so that we can better understand how to thrive as designers and as people.
In this webinar, Joe will cover:
Joe is an experienced and pragmatic user experience specialist with an academic background in psychology and ergonomics. His is particularly interested in Lean UX, user research, and strategy – this is where Joe’s in-depth knowledge and strong skillset shine through. His skillsets span both service design and user research.
Joe’s ability to improve design processes and increase empathy allows him to shape an approach where user needs are the focal point of every project he is involved in and to provide the clients with insights to deliver commercial success.
