Village Software was established in 1986, and has been a permanent feature of the Liverpool IT scene ever since. Across development, management, and operations, we’re a tight-knit team who enjoy working together, and our sense of ownership and pride in our work rubs off on clients, too. Village is such a friendly place to work that employees rarely move on; the upside for clients being a familiar voice on the end of the phone whenever they call! Mentorship and development of the industry are a big deal to us, as we regularly take on placement students and new graduates, helping them grow into experts of their craft.

We are always learning, investing in continued professional development (particularly Microsoft qualifications) for any member of the team who wants to pursue them. We use Microsoft products from application design and development through to data integration, transformation and visualisation, in other words from .NET to Power BI.
