BIMA PM / AM Community Relaunch | Liverpool
We are delighted to be relaunching our BIMA Community for project managers, but we know that often there is a close relationship between project managers and account managers. Althought we have different roles, there is much crossover and we are keen that this new community explores this and offers support for those working in both project management and account management.
Our first event will explore the roles and responsibilities of Account Managers and Project Managers. This age old agency dynamic has stood the test of time however what does the future hold?
Our panel will talk from their own experiences and will stimulate discussion for the group to engage.

Mike Hazlehurst, Head of Client Services, PH Creative
I joined Ph.Creative in 2010 after 3 years working for another digital agency. It was a natural move given that my brother Dave was already involved in the business. Initially, I worked in Valencia, managing the search clients and managing the team back in Liverpool. After 4 years I moved back to head up the Inbound team.
Relationships are central to everything I do. Being commercially focused and having an innate ability to problem solve are also key. I also discovered a passion for people management; working with someone to hone their skills and forge their path.
In the last few years, the business has evolved to become more focused around Employer Brand. In April 2017 I joined the board of directors, responsible for our Client Services department.
