She has over 15 years’ experience working in both large networks (WPP and Publicis) and independent agencies on global and UK-based accounts across a variety of industries. Since 2015, Ale has led a portfolio of clients at Rufus Leonard that includes London Business School, Lloyd’s Register, British Red Cross and Stagecoach. Ale and her team provide consultancy to their key accounts, helping them to shape brand-driven digital experiences. She leads a team of 10 senior client service professionals who work in close partnership with their delivery peers, ensuring clients get the most out of their partnership with Rufus Leonard.
