I’m an ILM accredited Business & Performance Coach, with over 10 years’ experience working in the creative and digital sectors, across a variety of different roles – from a solo freelance copywriter, to an agency head of department.
I take all the highs and lows of my experience and pass on the core learnings to you, while coaching you through your challenges and those difficult thought patterns.
I’ll ask you difficult questions, I’m always honest and straight-talking – but I also focus on the positives, with constructive feedback that will help you get where you want to be.
I’m passionate about helping people to succeed, grow and ultimately figure out what they truly want to do, bringing the clarity and direction to get them there.
I was included in the BIMA 100 Top Business Developers & Marketers 2021, sat on the Pro-Manchester Skills committee in 2019, and I’m a Mentor and Guest Lecturer to the Business School of Manchester Metropolitan University. Having always had a passion for personal development, I set up Craft Coaching as a way of promoting my ethos that everyone can (and should) have a fulfilling career.
