Along with her HR & Talent team, Charly nurtures and develops the most important part of our agency – the folk. She joined us in 2017 from Bartle Bogle Hegarty, where she headed up the HR team and led the talent strategy.
Charly has a decade of experience, starting her career at the iconic luxury fashion brands Burberry and Prada. After a few years, she moved into the digital world with AKQA. She was part of the international HR team and had a key role in setting up several new offices.
Wellbeing is extremely important to Charly and, in her spare time, she loves tap dancing, playing squash and unwinding with the latest box set.
