Ellen is a growth and business development specialist with 10+ years experience in top-tier agency and consulting firms.

Prior to joining VCCP’s CX division, Ellen developed a substantial track record of opening up new client relationships and delivering fresh growth for leading players in innovation, insight and brand strategy. She rose to lead the New Business function over a 4 year tenure at Clear M&C Saatchi, and most recently led UK&I growth for ?What If! following their acquisition into Accenture.
