Ian Finch

Ian is Chair of BIMA North West. He co-founded digital agency Mando in 1997 and is sole remaining Shareholder and CEO. Whilst being a digital veteran it hasn’t stopped him achieving repeated inclusion in the BIMA Hot 100s in the last few years as he’s led a reimagining and renaissance of the agency growing it from 30 to 60 staff since 2014. Following the buy-out in 2013, such was the turnaround, he got ‘Agency Leader of the Year’ in 2015, the same year he launched BIMA in Liverpool.

Passionate about building the digital community and the next generation of talent, Ian is now focused on growing the BIMA community in Liverpool and then repeating it’s success in other cities across the Northwest. He splits his time between Liverpool and London, where he is hands-on in growing Mando’s Soho office.
