Keith is Chair of Financial Strategy for BIMA and Managing Partner of Results International, which he joined in 2005. He has over twenty years of experience in all aspects of corporate finance, addressing healthcare, marketing communications and technologies. During this time he has advised on a wide range of entities from small startup companies to very large public institutions and private companies, but his passion is working for entrepreneurs.
Keith started his career with Ernst & Young, where he trained as a Chartered Accountant and worked in both London and Sydney. In 1988 he joined investment bank Granville Baird, working at various times for the private equity, mergers & acquisitions and public company teams. In 1993 he rejoined Ernst & Young, becoming a partner in 1996 and then Head of M&A.
Keith is an Executive Board Member of BIMA and regular media commentator on the industry, as well as generally on M&A transactions. Outside of work Keith likes a challenge. He’s completed numerous triathlons and is a member of the GB team, swam across the English Channel (as part of a relay team); holds a private pilot’s licence, and enjoys sailing and skiing.
