Lisa is Brand Communications Director for digital agency Stickyeyes, an agency that has grown from 30 people when she joined the team 10 years ago to a team of 220 with an annual turnover exceeding £18m, making the agency one of the largest providers of SEO services in the world and one which was recently acquired by global holding group Interpublic Inc. (NYSE: IPG).
With responsibility for both Stickyeyes and Zazzle Media, Lisa has introduced a one-customer view to all those that engage with the Group’s marketing activity – planning, implementing and optimising every part of their customer journey. And, in a sales cycle that can often last 2 years, the consistent quality and value that her teams activity can bring to their potential clients is commercially imperative.
Lisa is a driving force in the development and progression of the Stickyeyes Group Women’s Network and, within wider society, acts as a Mentor for WYK Digital (The Princes Trust) and Lean In (Leeds) as well Chair of her children’s PTFA. Indeed, as a Mum of two, she is passionate about driving greater understanding and facilitating better processes within the agency landscape to ensure the team can navigate maternity and paternity leave as well as being a part-time working parent effectively for all.
