13+ years in the Digital Agency World, with a focus on Experience Design, helping clients achieve growth through digital strategy and design of digital services and products, built with the customer at the centre of the process.
Currently responsible for the leadership and management of the Foolproof UK Client Engagement team. Responsible for UK client relationships, contracts, associated targets and the sales pipeline and the development of the Client Engagement practice.
As a senior member of the Foolproof team, Louise also connects the Client Engagement team with Foolproof’s strategic agenda, overall business health and performance & change initiatives.
