I am an accomplished high-growth specialist with a creative flair, a passion for digital and an obsession for creating value through world-class sales and marketing. I specialise in creating innovative high-growth strategies, launching new businesses to market and revitalising underperforming products and services.

Having successfully operated at board level in a variety of industries over a 15 year period, I am currently leading Elephant Digital as Founder and Managing Director. I also run Mammoth Marketing, a marketing and growth consultancy. As a natural leader, I challenge the autopilot mind-set, foster a spirit of innovation and deliver tangible, sustainable growth.

I am a speaker and trainer on the subjects of growth, digital and marketing. I am also a guest lecturer at the University of Liverpool Management School and Liverpool International College on the MBA and undergraduate courses. I write on the subjects of business growth, digital and marketing, and I am publishing my first book in 2018.
