Thomas is the Creative Director at Graphite, he thrives on projects that demand user-centred design thinking, conceptual and strategic innovation skill sets, and lean product methodologies. Thomas is an excellent facilitator and has worked with our clients to lead them through design sprints, validate hypotheses and engage with stakeholders, fast. He excels in helping teams to collaborate and has a passion for empathising with users first. He guides and directs his design team in the same way, and works alongside clients to translate concepts into intuitive user experiences.
Thomas also provides client design sprint training, helping product teams, designers and marketing teams to bring cross-functional teams together to solve problems for customers, quickly. Thomas has been the design lead on Graphite’s work with Pfizer, Safilo, PSA Finance and BP.
Prior to joining Graphite Thomas was the creative lead on several projects and has worked with enterprise brands including Unilever, Dove, Lipton, Knorr, Toni&Guy, Johnny Walker, and Captain Morgan. Thomas is a French native and trained in Interactive and Telematic art at Aix-en-Provence Art School.
Away from Graphite, you’ll find Thomas creating immersive art installations or tinkering with tech and electronics – think Arduino, and voice first prototypes. Thomas also has a passion for cycling and builds bikes from scratch.
