I am the founder of oneHR software and Managing Director of High Performance Consultancy (HPC). Having set up my first business at 17, I now have over 20 years business experience. I have successfully built and sold a business. I have been the MD of HPC for over 12 years now. This is an award winning, national HR outsourcing service provider. HPC has offices in Liverpool, Manchester and London and continues to grow from strength to strength providing effective HR support to businesses across the UK.
In 2015, I successfully launched oneHR software; this is a smart, sophisticated online HR management system. The software has been designed to intelligently and intuitively resolve HR issues. It has already disrupted the market place and has a strong national presence.
In 2018 I was appointed to the LSG Group board as a Non-Executive Director to provide HR strategic support and direction.
